This eclectic black leather belt like bracelet was from Sydney, Austria based jewelry designer Tina .Sterling sliver horse pendant hanging off the bracelet wasn’t created by Tina, it was created by talented artist from the Thailand Karen tribe.Harmony Bracelet cost $27.35 at Madame Joux.
